Nothing from third parties
Fonts, images and code are served from this site. Your browser talks to no one else.
Standard hosting logs
The host that serves these pages and the APK may keep standard request logs, such as IP address and time.
The Swappie app
Swappie is local-first. Creating a wallet, checking a recovery phrase, deriving addresses and checking your PIN all happen on your phone. Swappie does not run an account server or a wallet backend.
Never leaves your phone
Recovery phrase
Generated on your phone and kept in its secure storage.
PIN
Checked on the device. Swappie cannot see or reset it.
Private keys
Derived on the device from your phrase and never sent anywhere.
What is shared, and with whom
Network RPC providers
PublicNode, with a public fallback RPC for each network

- A network check, then your public address on that network
- When
- When the wallet opens, every two minutes while it is open, and when you refresh. Automatic updates can be switched off in Profile.
Custom RPC endpoints
EVM networks you add yourself
- Receives
- A chain ID check, then your EVM public address
- When
- When you save the network and when you refresh
Price providers
CoinMarketCap, and CoinGecko if you add a key
- Receives
- Coin IDs only, never an address

Token discovery
Alchemy, only if you add your own key

- Your public EVM and Solana addresses and the network list

Swap quotes
The swap quote provider

- Networks, token addresses and the amount, never your wallet address

Every provider can see your IP address and when a request was made. None of these requests include your recovery phrase, PIN or private keys.
Keys you add
If you add an Alchemy or CoinGecko key, or a custom RPC address, Swappie keeps it in your phone's secure storage and sends it only to the provider that issued it. Keys are never written to logs.
